Services include array replacement, cable repair, new lens, and probe housing repair. We will not have you send your probe in for service if it is not a repairalbe model. You can be assured that you will never be "baited" to get you to send in a probe that we know can not be repaired. Sadly, this is an all too common practice in our industry. You will be provided with a fair and honest cost estimate every time. After approval and repair, each probe or transducer undergoes a carefully designed quality control process that ensures you of the best possible outcome.
